Welcome to the Hartford Independent Fair Entry Portal through FairEntry. All entries for both Junior Fair and Open Departments will be made through FairEntry. Entries are accepted through June 27, 2025. Late entries may be made with an additional $10 late fee from June 28, 2025 until July 18, 2025.

If you have a family member who is currently enrolled in Delaware, Knox, or Licking County 4-H, please use your 4-HOnline login information by clicking “Sign in with 4-HOnline”. If you have additional family members who are not enrolled through 4-HOnline but will be making entries in Open Departments, you will be able to add them to your family account once you have logged in.

Fair exhibitors who do not have a family member currently enrolled in Delaware, Knox or Licking County 4-H, please select the “Sign in with FairEntry” option to create your account.
